Getting started
Open PriceTrace from Apps in your Shopify admin and click Scan my prices. The first scan reads every variant's price in each of your markets and usually takes under a minute.
Common questions
Does PriceTrace change my prices?
No. It only reads your prices and markets. Fixes are made by you, in Shopify.
Which markets are checked?
Active country markets, up to 10. Each market is checked through one of its countries, since a market's countries share its pricing rules.
Why is a sale price "not shown" in a market?
Shopify removes the compare-at price in some markets, for example when the market uses a price list. Customers there don't see the strikethrough price. Open the issue to see which variants are affected, then check the market's pricing in Shopify.
How do nightly scans work?
With PriceTrace Pro, your catalog is rescanned automatically every night, and the dashboard shows which prices changed since the previous scan and why.
How do I cancel?
Uninstall PriceTrace from Settings → Apps in your Shopify admin. The subscription ends and your data is deleted. See the privacy policy.
